Position Overview:
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, build strong relationships, and help them navigate the complexities of commerical insurance options. You will work closely with our existing clients and actively seek out new prospects, striving to understand their insurance needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of various insurance products, for personal or commerical lines
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the most suitable insurance solutions for individual clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking events, referrals, and online leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales tactics to achieve individual and team targets.
Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and policy terms to ensure they make informed decisions.
Follow up with clients to address inquiries, provide policy updates, and offer ongoing support.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a related field, preferably with experience in personal, health, or life insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
Possess an innate drive for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Prior experience in insurance sales or a relevant sales role is highly beneficial.
