Insulation Installer - Builder Services Group, Inc

As an installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Products include batt insulation, blown insulation, roll insulation, spray foam insulation, air sealing products such as caulk and canned foam, home wrap and any other products sold by the company.
- Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment for the day.
- Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage material at job site.
- Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver's license will be required.
- Must clear post-offer drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to read and understand English.
THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Within seven (7) days of hire, employees must pass more than thirty-five (35) safety training courses online and on-site.
Travel Requirements
Type of Travel Required: Glen Burnie, MD
Out of town travel as required.
All employees are expected to report to our office location in Glen Burnie, MD to review their work schedule and to ensure work trucks are loaded with products and tools. Once complete, work trucks and employees are dispatched to project sites by way of company owned vehicles.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift >50 pounds at any time.
Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs, with material.
Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel and stand to perform daily functions.
Must be able to walk on stilts, safely erect and work on l adders and/or scaffolding.
