Instrument Support Specialist at The Fountain Group

Currently seeking a ­­­­­Instrument Support Specialist for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­Cambridge, MA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Shift: Monday- Friday 1st shift.
• Pay: $25-$32/hr depending on experience.
• This is a temporary assignment that is slated for 1 year with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
• Perform general and routine on FACS equipment maintenance, timely instrument start-up/shutdown, QC/QA of cytometers following documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and fix routine FACS equipment issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate or master degree graduate.
• Experince working within the lab working with flow cytometers or FACS machines.
