The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $69,807 to $110,222 additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.
Responsibilities:The Instructional Designer/Learning Facilitator creates and delivers electronic and classroom content that develops critical knowledge, skills and abilities. Working with subject matter experts and internal customers to identify learning needs, this role will elevate the abilities of the EagleBank team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Learning and Organizational Development Manager and partner with the full OD team in the execution of objectives that supports EagleBank’s Strategic Priorities.
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of prior experience in an Instructional Design role, from the analysis phase to the evaluation phase.
- 1 year of facilitation experience.
- Proficient in the use of Articulate 360 Instructional Design software.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems required; Cornerstone preferred.
- Expertise in adapting instructional content to meet specific learning needs.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferences:
- Working experience in the financial services/banking industries.
