Position type: Full-time - Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Atlanta, GA

As Instructional Designer, you will be:

• Defining and document learning objectives.
• Conducting research and collaborate with subject experts.
• Creating instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.
• Designing content to optimize learning.
• Generating the layout of the learning supports.
• Redesigning content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs.
• Creating visual, audio and interactive learning tools.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience using learning experience platforms (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
• Experience conducting learning needs analysis
• Experience leading project teams and providing individual‐level support
• Knowledge of Learning Experience Platforms
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $60 - $65 Per Hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
