Instructional Design Specialist
WinCorp Solutions is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, hybrid consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Qualifications: 

• Requires experience in Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise.
• Experience in ADDIE model with an emphasis in Design and Development.
• Ability to develop in various modalities: ILT/VILT, eLearning, self-paced, & virtual classroom.
• Preferred experience in Captivate, Adobe Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates will work with Project Leads & SMEs to design/create/develop training from inception to execution.
• In depth knowledge of instructional design skills (focused on design and development) and adult learning theories.
• Ability to prioritize work and complete in a timely manner including having strong written and verbal communication skills.
