Job Title: Institutional Sales Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Institutional Sales Manager to lead our institutional sales team within the finance industry. The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth from institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and other institutional investors. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial products and markets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the institutional client segment.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of institutional sales professionals to effectively prospect, acquire, and retain clients.
- Identify and prioritize key institutional clients and prospects, conducting thorough market analysis and segmentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, understanding their investment objectives and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product specialists, research analysts, and other internal teams to customize offerings and address client needs.
- Negotiate and finalize complex sales agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks impacting institutional sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch materials, and proposals to institutional clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.
Skills Required:
- Proven track record in institutional sales within the finance industry, with a strong network of institutional clients and contacts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Deep understanding of financial products and investment strategies, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes and close high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing market data, trends, and client portfolios to drive sales strategies.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving revenue targets and delivering exceptional client service.

Education and Experience:
