Job Description
Full-Time salaried position responsible for set-up and take down of fixtures and product. This individual will manage existing store resets in customer retail locations. Manage a team of installation crew members including recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling.
THIS IS A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT TO END APPROXIMATELY 5/1/24
Responsibilities include:
• The Installation Supervisor will train and manage a small crew.
• Responsible for disassembling existing fixtures, modifying fixtures and reassembling of the fixtures.
• Communicates clearly with customer store management upon arrival and completion at in-store work.
• Communicates regularly with the Project Manager on a regular basis as deemed by Project Manager.
• Responsible for company vehicle, and expense management.
• Responsible for booking hotel accommodations for self and crew member.
• This project will require extensive travel and the completion of several projects daily.
• A 40-hour workweek is expected with overnight stays away from home required.

Experience Required:
The qualified candidate will have prior successful installation experience:
• Ability to read and understand department diagrams.
• Prior construction or handyman experience is a plus.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Current valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• 1-2 years of retail and installation, fixture, warehouse and/or assembly experience.
• Supervision experience is required. Must have previous experience leading a team.
• Computer skills required.
• Experience with cabinet set-up. Good people skills.
• Organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with hand tools and fixture assembly
• Previous experience training and onboarding new employee

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• While performing the the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, stoop, walk, and sit; use hands to manipulate, handle,carry or push; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is frequently required to lift, push and/or move up to 60 lbs with assistance.
• The employee will be required to drive long distances to reach work locations.
• Retrieves and acts on both written and oral communications from WHQ or management; reads directions/diagrams in English and correctly executes programs at store level.
