Immediate opening for a IT/Fulfillment, Installation and Training Support Specialist in Long Beach, CA who possesses:
- High motivation and reliable; eager to grow within a fast-paced environment
- Advanced internal IT support skills - Technical experience/IT
- Fulfillment/installation/training on POS machines - 2+ yrs.
- BA/BS in IT/Accounting - or AA and enrolled to complete degree

FULL DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Highly motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individual to fulfill, install, train and then support our products and services including Payment Processing, POS and Accounting Software, and payroll
- Configure credit card terminals, POS Systems, PC's, tablets and mobile phones
- Discover and implement new systems strategies and procedures
- Use IP Phones and general administrative tasks
- The willingness and ability to research and learn
- Advanced internal IT support
- Compliance and security management
- Compensation geared towards long term employment
- Permanent, full time, hourly position with commissions and bonuses
- Coordinate new and existing accounts between Financial Institutions, Processors, Inside/Outside Sales Team and Partners
- Proof application submissions
- Oversee merchant applications processing
- Discover and Implement new systems strategies and procedures
- Create Invoices in QuickBooks and Synchronize Accounts between ACT!, QuickBooks, and Customer Files
- Sales support and general administrative tasks
- Facilitate Solutions for Technical Support needs
Requirements:
- Proven technical support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with PC's running MS Windows 10
- Experience with POS Systems, terminals and/or gateways a plus
- Experience with TDES, EMV, PCI and NFC a plus
- Installation of POS and Accounting/ERP Systems, hardware and software over the phone or at customer location.
- Payment's industry experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
- Computer savvy
- Experience with ACT! and/or QuickBooks or other related CRM's or accounting software a plus
- Payments, Accounting, IT or other technical industry experience
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Multi-Tasker and Quick Learner
- 45 WPM or more without looking at keyboard
Hourly wage rate range of $24-$26/hr + Bonus and Commission potential
