Inspector - The Fountain Group

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Building ­­­­­­­­Inspector for a prominent client of ours. Multiple position available in various locations listed below:

• ­­St. Lucie County, FL (Building Inspector and Plans Reviewer)
• Tampa, FL (Plumbing Inspector)
• Brevard County, FL (Building Inspector)

Job Description:

• $39-$45/HR to start!
• 6-month assignment (contract to hire based on performance and need).
• Main responsibilities include:
  • Daily route of inspections consisting typically of 15 to 25 inspections per eight-hour shift.
  • Complete inspections with basis on the Florida building code, approved plans, and the approved permit.
• Role consists of daily travel to client sites.

Qualifications:

• Engineer's license, registered architect license, or building code administrator’s license is required.
• Must have a vehicle that is able to transport a ladder.
