Inspector - Cenergy International

Roles and Responsibilities:

Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed Cable Inspections. Uses various measuring devices. Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems. Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Has the willingness and ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas if needed. Experience with Cables and able to identify non-conformances IAW IPC-A-620, & specific other requirements. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Communicates effectively with assemblers, engineers, and management when resolving quality issues. This includes detail-orientation and proficiency at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents and work instructions. Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers, and management when resolving quality issues. Proficiency with using Personal Computers and newer applications.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

-Candidate has a strong background in the manufacturing process of Cables Inspections.

-Has the willingness and ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas as needed.

-Experience with soldered and crimp inspection on cables using IPC-A-620 standards.

-Detail-oriented and proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents and work instructions.

-A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers and management when resolving quality issues.

-Proficient with Personal Computers.

-Minimum: HS Diploma / GED



Shift is 5: 00AM EST - 3: 30PM EST.

Candidates must take and pass a medical screening exam as outlined in the supplier guide.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $20.00-23.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
