Position Summary
Liaison between Client locations and Field Staff - main contact for all functions relating to the scheduling and completion of inspections. Responsible to effectively handle all administrative aspects of managing the assigned geographic territory in conjunction with the District Manager.

Liaison between Client locations and Field Staff - main contact for all functions relating to the scheduling and completion of inspections. Responsible to effectively handle all administrative aspects of managing the assigned geographic territory in conjunction with the District Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supports District Manager in monitoring of assigned Inspectors to enhance coordination and to ensure timely and efficient completion of inspections within assigned territory
- Handle incoming inspection request via phone and email; verify active account, current location, object due in contract period, etc. Work with Inspector on scheduling on client requested date
- Work with Inspector and District Managers on finding alternative inspectors when primary and back-up inspectors are not available on requested date
- Work with Inspectors to ensure objects in their territory assigned to ARISE via Responsible Party are included in workload queries
- Interface with Account Managers on additional quotes for work requested outside contract scope
- Interface with Account Manager on request for inspections from clients that have cancelled with ARISE
- Interface with Contract Services on pending renewals when inspection requests are received to expedite acceptance of renewal quote
- Communication with various jurisdictions to ensure jurisdictional requirements are being met and that information in the ARISE database matches that of the state
- Work with client sites and jurisdictions when certificates are not received by the clients to determine reason and determine next steps for resolution
- Send inspection requests and Jurisdiction Online spreadsheets to subcontractors in Puerto Rico and Canada. Enter completed inspections in Jurisdiction Online upon receipt from Subcontractors in Puerto Rico and Canada.
- Provide administrative assistance to Inspectors in assigned territory regarding Jurisdiction Online, email and other areas as needed

Education and Experience
- High School or Equivalent plus 2-3 years administrative experience

- Technical /Business Unit Related Skills & Knowledge: The technical skills and knowledge that are important for a specific role that enable an employee to fulfil the technical and business needs of their role. This is to be defined by the respective business unit/department and will be evaluated in performance assessments
- Ability to interface directly with internal and external clients via phone and e-mail
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to work well with others in a fast paced office environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
