About the Job
As
a Division Practice Manager of Insights & Data (I&D), you would be
managing a high-performance team of data and analytics professionals, lead
client engagements and provide delivery excellence across I&D portfolio,
provide thought leadership, and deliver value to our clients through innovative
insights and data solutions.
This
role will mainly focus on our clients in Atlanta, Maryland, CT, NYC and Ohio
with potential to expand.
Key responsibilities:
+ Lead consultants across data engineering, BI,automation, and data science, involving overseeing the engagements, hiringtalent, mentoring, and coaching team
+ Lead highly complex and large-scale data andanalytics engagements including data and analytics strategy engagements,build and implementation engagements, and run engagements
+ Provide direction to team to deliver outputswhich provide our clients high quality deliverables with focus on businessoutcomes and storytelling
+ Play a client-service role for data and analyticsengagements by partnering with clients to become a trusted advisor, manageand exceed client expectations, and present findings to clients.
+ Own solutioning, client management, delivery ofdata and analytics projects
+ Support in business growth through collaborationwith account teams on pre-sales activities through research, solutioningsupport and providing thought leadership. And working with alliancepartners on sell-with opportunities
+ Work on ongoing development of data and analyticscapabilities across the team, development of new assets, and contribute toGTM solutions for data and analytics
Required Skills/Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of experience in delivering large scaledata and analytics engagements
+ Strong experience across the entire data andanalytics lifecycle including data integration, data management, dataarchitecture, data governance, data quality, automation, and data science
+ Ability to define business case for data andanalytics solutions, measure and report business outcomes, and dostorytelling to executives
+ Ability to work with client at any level,executive to engineer
+ Hands-on across data and analytics, and able tocoach and mentor team in situations where team requires technical help
+ Strong experience in data and analytics ecosystemacross Azure, AWS, Google, with Azure as must have (including SQL, AzureData Lake, Synapse, Azure ML, Purview)
