About the Opportunity
Our client has been in business for 4 years and is continuing to grow their team. They are looking for an inside sales representative to join the business. This position will be a part of a team that works virtually.
Responsibilities
- Develop customized pipeline development processes to identify all sales opportunities and qualify them for future sales forecasts.
- Define individual metrics closely tied to company objectives to ensure overall goals are met.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Close sales and achieve defined sale goals.
- Perform compelling online demos to prospects.
Requirement and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
