SUMMARY: This is position is responsible for providing information about the product and services of the company to the clients and outside sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides feedback and follow-up on the performance of tasks to customers.
- Supports to customers for concerns and complaints.
- Practices and ensures compliance with that of all the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Develops a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
- Calculates quotes for customers quickly and accurately.
- Works on special projects and contributing to company meetings.
- Prepares renewal contracts and pricing for existing clients.
- Prepares reports as needed and completes data for management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: Database Software (Access); Development Software; Internet Software; Manufacturing Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Contract Management Systems; Inventory Software; Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and Publisher software.
- Other skills required:
- General degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in customer service skills.
- Possess skills in Customer service.
- Good organizational and excellent time management principles.
- Able to develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Able to understand the client’s business needs and problem solve.
- Calmness under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate manner.
- Good decision-making, communication, and IT skills.
