The Role: You will play a vital role in connecting with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering tailored solutions. Working from our Charlotte office, you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to ensure seamless sales operations, and a smooth workflow from initial inquiry to order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Assist in managing customer accounts, quotes, and inquiries.

• Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, and purchase orders.

• Maintain contact with customers through phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

• Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment.
