With a history of steady growth and a strong focus on customer success, we’re expanding our team and are looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a group of Inside Sales Representatives. This leadership role will provide you with the opportunity to mentor, motivate, and manage a team, while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and sales performance.
As an Inside Sales Supervisor, your day will include:
• Driving Demco’s goals for revenue growth by developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruiting and coaching your team on key selling skills, such as questioning, listening, hunting, and problem-solving, to ensure consistent high performance.
• Providing ongoing training and development to ensure team members are up-to-date on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Teaching the team about our systems, identifying efficiencies, and eliminating errors to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Measuring output, monitoring quality, and providing objective feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Building and monitoring effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for accurate management of the team's performance, with a focus on the activities that have a direct impact on these key indicators.
Job Requirements:
• Leadership experience: You've successfully managed a sales team, providing guidance and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Inside sales experience: You understand consultative sales methods and know how to lead a team to build lasting customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools: You are comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to manage sales processes and analyze team performance.
• Communication and coaching skills: You excel in motivating and communicating with a team, while also offering valuable customer insights and solutions.
• Education/Experience: A college degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
• Proactive mindset: You're self-motivated and know how to inspire a team to identify new opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.
Your work schedule will be Monday - Friday, working remotely in the sales territory your team covers. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team, sharing ideas and strategies to meet goals and drive success.
