Are you a results-driven sales professional looking to join a dynamic team in the industrial supplies industry? Worldwide & Supply is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to sell piping and valves to a diverse client base. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and is passionate about building strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, inquiries, and client relationships.
• Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to delivery, including sourcing materials, pricing, and negotiating.
• Manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Sell additional products and services to existing clients while expanding the customer base.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and other channels with clients in industries such as oil, chemical, gas, and manufacturing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive support and follow-up.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to educate and assist clients.
• Coordinate purchase orders, logistics, and documentation, including shipping forms and test reports.
• Perform light physical tasks as needed, such as packing materials and operating a forklift.
• Participate in trade shows to establish new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in sales, preferably inside sales. Experience in pipe, valve, and fitting products is a plus but not required.
• Skills:Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a disciplined, self-motivated work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven consultative selling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary plus commission.
