What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Commercial Director/VP of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding them through product selection and providing post-sale support.
- Sales Operations:
- Identify and pursue leads, manage incoming quote requests, and close deals.
- Achieve sales goals through a mix of self-driven efforts and marketing-generated leads.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts and track activities.
- Account Management:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle follow-ups post-delivery.
- Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs.
- Collaboration:
- Work across teams, including assembly, customer service, shipping, and product development, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Report market trends and customer insights to leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve processes and help shape the future of EvenMix®.
- 3–5 years of inside sales experience in B2B environments, with success in both “hunting” (new business) and “farming” (account management).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-growth small business setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- QuickBooks experience (especially in manufacturing and wholesale) is a plus.
- College degree preferred but not required; a desire to learn and grow is essential.
