Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales and Service Contracts Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our sales team and managing service contracts, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Responsibilities

Inside Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, quotes, and order assistance.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and technical specifications.

Service Contracts Administration

• Manage the lifecycle of service contracts, including creation, renewal, and termination processes.
• Work closely with customers to ensure understanding of contract terms and conditions.
• Coordinate service contract billing and invoicing.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and service contract transactions.
• Generate reports on sales performance, contract renewals, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
• Proven experience in inside sales and/or service contract administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM software and SAP.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems is a plus.
