Inside Sales - FloForm Countertops

Accent Countertops, founded in 1985, provides fabrication and installation of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops. Located in Murray, Utah and Reno, Nevada, Accent fabricates out of a 40,000 sq ft facility with state-of-the-art equipment in Murray and services the Reno market from their sales and installation facility in Reno. Thirty-five years of quality service has established Accent Countertops as a local leader in countertop design and installation.

Required immediately, our Local Salt Lake City Branch is seeking an evening part-time Inside Salesperson with the hours of 4:00pm to 8:00pm to join the team!

Desired Skills & Experience:

· High School Diploma with 1-2 years customer service experience

· Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs

· Ability to solve problems as they arise

· Be able to provide a clean criminal record check

· Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail

· Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect

· Possess a good understanding of measurements & fractions along with basic mathematical skills a plus

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains a current price list and informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer

· Fields incoming leads and sends bids to customers

· Schedules in home appointments for our outside sales reps

· Makes outbound cold calls to potential customers

· Follows up on prior leads

· Processes orders and accepts payment from customers made over the telephone or in person

· Inputs orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms availability of product

· Responds to customer inquiries and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as required.

· Assists customer in the selection of product

· Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered

· Keeps the showroom clean and sets up displays as needed

· Other duties as assigned
