Looking to hire   Inside Sales Representatives  to sell services to new, existing, and former clients by phone.

We provide residential and commercial pest control services in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Full-time positions are available. Monday through Friday from 7:30 am-6 pm. 

Compensation includes the opportunity to earn sales commissions and bonuses. Compensation is based on prior experience.

• You are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy the selling process
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Must have customer service and/or sales experience
• Must be capable of multi-tasking, handling multiple phone lines, and be proficient on a computer.
• Must have a good sense of direction and know the DMV geography
• Ability to build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check upon offer of employment
• Ability to problem solve and have attention to detail

Those with the following qualifications are preferred:

• Inside sales/ call center or telemarketing experience
• Prior experience with a home service company
• You have a good aptitude for basic math-- necessary for doing calculations related to the sales process
• Pest control experience

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 Per Year
