What you will be doing:
Oversee and manage customer-related activities, perform follow-ups and escalate issues as necessary.
Strengthen relationships with customers, serve as their main point of contact, and promptly communicate updates.
Manage projects in conjunction with Innovize Project Manager, BDM, and all functional teams.
Liaise cross-functionally with other internal departments to resolve customer and internal issues.
Manage Innovize part configuration, change control, and all customer documentation.
Provide timely solutions to customer issues.
Develop a working knowledge of Innovize's production capabilities.
Manage customer orders, quotes, shipment information, and resolve issues related to raw materials and purchase orders.
Enter and manage customer complaint cases and returns.
Communicate daily with customers, sales and operations, and attend customer meetings to ensure that tasks/jobs are on schedule.
Assist BDMs in collecting information for customer requests, project status updates, and pricing decisions.
Experience you will need:
Associates to Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field and/or equivalent industry related customer service or inside sales experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
PC skills, specifically with internet search capabilities, LinkedIn social media, and Microsoft Office products.
Attention to detail and the ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently.
Experience in a production-based environment is preferred.
