SisAdmin is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! The Inside Sales Representative will set the tone for first impressions. This position will create a steady flow of quality leads that fuel the growth of the company. The Inside Sales Representative will Deliver Our Message to everyone you can. We have a plan and strategy to grow the business and we can’t execute our strategy without getting in front of the right number of companies, that are the right fit for us, on a monthly basis.
This position will research and identify these companies, contact them, deliver our message as clearly and concisely as possible, and secure an appointment to meet with them. We have a compelling and valuable offering for the right companies. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, tenacious, and have a positive attitude.
The Inside Sales Representative will work on site in the Snohomish office during an initial training period, then be provided an opportunity to work remotely once fully established in the role and demonstrated an ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Organize and maintain our leads database
- Complete 100% of activity quota of outbound dials, and other playbook activities
- Set a great tone for the prospects first impression
- Lay the groundwork and expectations for onboarding when they become a client.
- Support company sales and First Time Appointment objectives
- Create a steady flow of quality leads that fuels the growth of SisAdmin
- Watch at least one TruMethods video every day
- Educate leads about our unique methodology that delivers business value and measurable results
- Maintain knowledge of SisAdmin products and services
- Update and maintain your Inside Sales Playbook every day
- Other duties as assigned
What the Successful Inside Sales Representative will have:
- Demonstrated experience with HubSpot
- Established understanding of the TruMethods Inside Sales Process, and you follow it for your sales activities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Unwavering belief in our value proposition creating a level of enthusiasm for our message that is contagious
- Great attitude about what you are accomplishing because you know that it directly and positively propels SisAdmin forward
Compensation:
- $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (DOE)
- Bonus per appointment booked
- Commission on new client deals closed
