The Inside Sales Representative is the critical hub of the company’s operations, managing orders, quotes, and customer communication for distributors, OEMs, and other clients. You’ll work closely with suppliers, teammates, and customers to ensure smooth sales, supply, and logistics processes. Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and deliver quotes for customers and support inquiries.
- Act as the central point of communication for customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Use the ERP system to ensure timely and precise deliveries.
- Manage documentation, pricing, and tracking for special orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales reps, and managers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Promote company offerings and facilitate smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience or strong aptitude for customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with product lines or related industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to differentiate alphanumeric listings.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible, with a collaborative attitude.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reasoning ability, reading, writing, and math skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Unflappable demeanor; able to handle a supportive yet industrial workplace culture.
