Who We Need

Our business and team are growing. We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls, working with fellow team members, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Inside Sales Representatives deliver on our core focus of relationship-based pest management. By partnering with our prospective residential and commercial customers, you will help match the right service to protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted pests using state-of-the-art technology, products, and equipment. Effective communication and strong technology skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.

What You Get!

Compensation for Inside Sales Representatives:

• $18.00 - $21.00/hour depending on experience level
• 5% on services sold and 1% for opportunities sold by the outside sales team
• Monthly bonus structure for meeting sales goals

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
