Position: Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

Location: Valencia, CA (Santa Clarita area)

What You Need:

• A strong sense of problem-solving
• Ability to deliver the right solutions when decisions need to be made
• Previous experience in a similar industry role
• Background in inside sales, call center, or high-volume call environments

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Answering and troubleshooting customer inquiries
• Offering support and resolving issues via phone, email, and fax
• Selling and upselling products while explaining features and benefits

Requirements:

• At least three to four years of inside sales or customer service experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients
