The Job at a Glance
We are looking for a high-caliber inside sales representative who is ambitious and driven and has the desire to grow into an outside / field sales position. This role would suit someone who has excellent levels of sales and customer service, able to work quickly and accurately and with a high attention to detail.
This position reports to our Regional Sales Manager and works at our San Jose Headquarters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, and developing accounts.
- Seeking new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups to support our sales efforts
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify and close sales opportunities
- Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and customers
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree ( Marketing, Sales, Business Administration) or at least two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, prospecting and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily
- Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical aptitude
- Strong motivation to pursue outside sales career
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Pay:
Min. $24.00/hour plus bonus
