About the Job
NOW EXIT is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This on-site role focuses on generating and nurturing leads, with elements of account management but without direct sales closure. It's ideal for someone skilled in initial client engagement and ongoing account support who is passionate about developing inside sales strategies and fostering client relationships.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $50,000 with uncapped commission.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients, introduce NOW EXIT's business transition services, and nurture relationships to create business opportunities.
- Actively prospect and engage with potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Strategically approach client interactions to highlight NOW EXIT's value proposition.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client relationships and foster long-term business.
- Achieve daily activity goals, including making 75 dials, sending 50 emails, and delivering 40 LinkedIn messages to potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or account management.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales processes and customer interactions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
