Inside Sales Representative - Ultimate Staffing Services

About the Job
Job Duties/Description:
- Work with the company's book of business to generate new leads and business.
- Outbound calling to generate new business
- Work cross functionally within the company to effectively communicate with clients and customers.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and build long-term professional relationships. This rep will own the relationship for the lifetime of the account.
- Develop relationships with company planners to assist with management of existing orders and execute new orders placements.
- Manage documentation and reporting of the health of customers' accounts.
- Promote company incentive programs.
- Must be comfortable working a long sales cycle
Requirements:
- 5+ years B2B sales experience required.
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills, be able to work without close supervision.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Auto/Truck industry is helpful but not required.
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $50-70K + commission
- Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
- Location 100% On-site, Oakdale
- Type: Direct Hire
