Inside Sales Representative - Flowly Solutions

Flowly Solutions is hiring a skilled inside sales representative to join our office team.

This is a permanent, full time position with opportunities to grow within the company. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be required. There may be occasional overtime available based on the need. We offer a competitive base salary as well as sales based commission. 

This role will require you to cold call and prospect new customers to grow our business. You will be on the phone for the majority of the work day, communicating directly with current clients and potential partners. You must be comfortable speaking over the phone for extended periods of time.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Using our database and other software to prospect new potential customers to contact
• Pinpointing the best point of contact and decision maker to introduce yourself and sell our services
• Educating yourself on our products and services to effectively communicate them
• Growing current accounts and building relationships with our customers
• Qualifying potential customers to ensure they are within our scope
• Completing daily reports on sales progress and meetings
• Hosting business meetings and presenting proposals 
• Learning how to use our software effectively
• Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with any concern they might have

Qualifications:

• Strong phone communication skills and speaking ability
• Prior experience in cold calling and inside sales
• Computer literacy and experience using CRM software
• Customer service experience
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
