We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Weed Man Lawn Care sales team in Northern Lake County. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a results-driven attitude, as they will be responsible for engaging with potential clients both inbound and outbound.
This position requires the ability to build rapport with customers, listen to and understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive sales growth. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, it is essential to represent our company with professionalism and integrity.
Your role will involve utilizing various sales techniques to follow up on inquiries and identify new business opportunities. You will also contribute to the development of sales strategies and collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and grasp potential clients' needs.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new sales opportunities and help meet sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Participate in sales Team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
- Review sales performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a call center or inside sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated

This is an hourly plus commission position.
