Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
2. Generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, while also managing and nurturing existing client relationships.
3. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
4. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, while also tracking sales activity and performance against quotas.
5. Continuously gathering knowledge about the latest industry trends, market behavior, and competitor activity.
6. Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our company and its products.
7. Resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B Inside Sales, preferably in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
5. Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. High level of motivation, resilience, and ambition to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
