Location: Fully Remote (Reporting to Headquarters in Rockville, Maryland)

Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our aggressive customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. This remote position requires enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed. You'll be responsible for generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through outbound calls and strategic engagement with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and nurture relationships
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support
Research and identify key players in target accounts to generate interest
Qualify leads from various sources such as digital campaigns, conferences, and referrals
Maintain a database of prospect clients and track sales metrics
Present information and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure a seamless client experience
Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to manage client information and sales activities
Monitor and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
Requirements:
Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging with new prospects
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
High school degree or equivalent
Familiarity with sales processes from initiation to close
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce)
Previous experience in outbound call centers or inside sales is preferred
Salary Range: $35,000 - $58,800
