About the Job
Ultimate Staffing is looking for Inside Sales representatives for a social services organization. This is a remote role however candidates must be located in the State of Missouri. Must have previous experience with sales.
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Remote, must be located in Missouri
Status: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon - Fri 9 am to 6 pm
Compensation: $20/hr while on contract, over all expected compensation for year 1 is $50,000-$55,000 (base + monthly commission)
Role Overview
A Sales Specialist focuses on selling Social Security Disability representation services through inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and building relationships. Responsibilities include using scripts, adapting to customer needs, updating databases, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
·Promote services using scripts and improvise when needed.
·Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
·Manage data and maintain accurate records.
·Deliver quality service and support team morale.
Qualifications
·High school diploma (Associate's preferred).
·1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
·Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
