Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute significantly to our company's expansion. As an integral part of our team, you will engage with potential clients, collaborating closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition from lead to opportunity. With your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen, you'll drive outbound calls, schedule appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service through consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound and outbound inquiries, converting them into sales appointments for Regional Account Managers.
Collaborate closely with Regional Account Managers to facilitate a smooth lead handoff process.
Maintain a robust lead pipeline utilizing Salesforce.
Conduct daily outbound calls to schedule face-to-face appointments, ensuring superior customer service through regular follow-ups and reporting to Management.
Follow up on leads, utilizing Salesforce to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are successfully closed.
Administer corporate promotions, programs, campaigns, and new product introductions.
Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and decision-makers for our products.
Meet or exceed monthly activity goals, quarterly revenue targets, and other key sales metrics set by the business and sales leadership team.
Effectively utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other tools to plan and record sales activities, identify potential opportunities, and provide essential information as required.
Participate in ongoing product training and development programs to demonstrate the benefits of all our products, services, sales processes, and systems.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant inside sales experience, with a focus on both outbound and inbound calling.
Proven experience in quota-based sales, demonstrating impact on performance, quota attainment, and progression.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce.com.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
Motivated by results, with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
Quick-thinking with the ability to challenge customers to explore new opportunities.
Exceptional phone and cold calling skills, coupled with strong listening and sales abilities.
