Inside Sales Representative at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative for a scientific company in Raleigh. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate that has an interest in scientific field.

This role will contribute to the entire sales process from customer discovery to establishing initial client engagements to following up on the client’s experience.  The Inside Sales Representative will train under experienced Business Development professionals and will be expected to lead client intake calls, use Salesforce to track client status, and participate in other business development activities such as conferences and marketing initiatives.

Specific job duties:

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
• Schedule and hold introductory and follow-on calls and meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Compose professional, timely emails.
• Maintain client status updates in Salesforce CRM.
• Represent company at conferences.
• Support marketing activities, including newsletters and email campaigns.
• Stay abreast of competitors and sales trends.
• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to sales department targets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Sales or Marketing preferred).
• Extensive coursework in science and/or math preferred.
• 1 year sales experience preferred (may be concurrent with college).
