IncentFit is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help showcase our cutting-edge technology to potential clients.
IncentFit's mission is to develop a happier and healthier workforce by engaging employees in exercise. Our software makes it easy for employers to reward employees for participating in athletic events (races, sports leagues, etc.), attending fitness facilities and for living an active lifestyle. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be primarily interacting with HR managers, brokers, and business owners to sell subscription access to our web and mobile application.
The Inside Sales Representative must be well-aligned with our mission and able to passionately deliver our value proposition to prospective clients. Working alongside our Sales Team, you’ll participate in training that will teach you our proven sales process and set you up for success. A successful employee at IncentFit must also possess the ability to hustle and think outside-of-the-box. We’re a rapidly expanding startup and every employee makes a large impact on our future. Responsibilities
- Shadow others on the sales team during 1-2 months of training (length dependent on performance).
- Handle sales calls to potential clients and then match their needs to what we can offer.
- Demo our web and mobile application to prospects.
- Nurture new clients through the implementation process.
- Prepare and send email marketing to potential leads.
- Manage various sales and marketing tools, such as Streak and Mautic.
- Collaborate with the team by providing insightful updates and innovative ideas.
- Meet a monthly sales quota after training is complete.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess the ability to communicate with various types of personalities and functions.
- Have a positive, enthusiastic, and driven attitude.
- Must be tech-savvy and a quick learner.
- An interest in the ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture.
