- $60,000-$75,000 + bonus

Location: Pasadena, Texas
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and prepare detailed proposals for services.
- Generate comprehensive estimates and quotations based on technical and commercial input from internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update existing quote templates and pricing structures.
- Update internal Sales Pipeline (customers, opportunities, quotes, sales).
- Promote sales to new and existing clients.
- Communicate with customers, make calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer questions to potential customers and send additional information via email.
- Partner with the Head of Sales on organizing marketing events for potential and existing clients.
- Provide telephone and email support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of each commercial transaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales managers, and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide daily reporting to the management team.
- Support and/or lead special projects, as requested.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of sales support experience, preferably in a project-based setting
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Adobe, and excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication abilities
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high accuracy
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
- Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment
