Inside sales Representative - OfferCharm

Are you an enthusiastic professional with a passion for lead nurturing, lead development, and sales funnel management? We’re looking for a dynamic Lead Manager to join our dedicated team and drive our success to new heights! As a Inside Sales Rep, you'll play a crucial role in our sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing our CRM (Salesforce) to call newly added leads who are interested in selling their property.
• Following our detailed qualifying steps to determine if the seller is eligible for a cash offer from our home buying specialist.
• If leads don’t initially qualify, you’ll maintain consistent follow-up to nurture these relationships until they are ready.

Position:

Responsibilities:

• Execute effective lead nurturing strategies to maintain and build relationships with potential sellers.
• Manage lead development through systematic follow-ups and engagement.
• Oversee sales funnel management to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales process.
• Update and manage CRM entries accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Eagerness to Learn: We provide all necessary training, and we need someone who is ready to absorb information, adapt, and excel.
• Hardworking and Coachable: We value dedication and a willingness to take feedback constructively to improve and grow.
• Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish with good tonality is essential. Ability to talk effectively over the phone is a must.
• Good WiFi Connection: Essential for seamless communication and remote work.
• Real Estate Sales Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales is highly desirable.
• Team Spirit: A hungry, driven individual who is ready to be part of a caring team committed to growth.

Compensation:

• $18-$20hr  plus bonus
