Inside Sales Representative
TP-Link is currently seeking Inside Sales Representative, NSP/Resellers for our Irvine, CA location.

What we’re looking for:
Inside Sales Account Representative, NSP/Resellers will play a fundamental role in helping achieve revenue growth objectives. ISR is accountable for achieving quarterly and annual goals by assisting with key NSP accounts such as CDW, Insight, Connection, SHI, & Zones. Also, working with assigned Corporate Resellers. Specific tasks will be daily call outs, open backorder tracking, Open Quotes, Pipeline Management, & sales expediting. Working close with our key distribution partners on purchase order and quote follow-ups
What your future looks like:
- Source new sales opportunities through Inbound emails from the sales force within the NSP accounts.
- Understand customer needs and requirements based on opportunity. And provide best product recommendation.
- Follow weekly KPI’s to ensure we are on track to goals (Open Backorder Tracking).
- Be an extra support extension to the daily email requests from our key accounts.
- Help generate and create sales opportunities and brand awareness.
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience: Networking industry or related industry preferred
- Recommended minimum 2 years college
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
- Strong oral, written, telephone and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
- Familiarity in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM.
- Based in Irvine, CA
Benefits
Salary: $75,000 annually + Bonus potential
