We seek a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time role involves connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward solutions that enhance their family experiences. Our Ideal Inside Sales Representative:
- Experienced: 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience. Familiarity with outdoor or backyard structures is a plus but not required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with efficient typing. Able to quickly learn and use custom-made rendering software designed for the company's needs.
- Great Communicator: Excels in verbal and written communication, effectively engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and presenting product information.
- Personable: Approaches customers with warmth and professionalism, building trust and forming strong relationships while enjoying connecting and closing deals.
- Organized & Detailed: Manages multiple leads and tasks efficiently, balancing priorities to ensure timely follow-ups, accurate quotes, and seamless customer interactions.
- Independent & Collaborative: Works independently to follow through on leads while contributing to team goals and supporting colleagues.
- Problem-Solver: Tackles customer inquiries and challenges with creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
