The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in Benetech's sales ecosystem, responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive engagement with potential customers, supporting the outside sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently follow up on open quotes
- Spearhead lead generation efforts through strategic cold-calling and database utilization.
- Lead the inside sales process from inception to closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Effectively utilize the company ERP system to generate accurate quotes and present compelling products to customers.
- Proactively address customer inquiries post-quote, ensuring satisfaction and fostering additional sales opportunities
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance overall sales efficiency.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding business development goals within a sales environment.
- Proficiency in social media engagement and adeptness in cold-calling techniques.
- Strong competitive spirit coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven by ambition and a relentless commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.
