Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone and email communication
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Promote and sell Van Beek Natural Science products to customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales opportunities

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience, preferably in a phone-based role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for natural health and wellness products
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
