Inside Sales Representative - TEKsystems

Description:

- Reaches out to customers within a specified timeframe of receiving a case in Salesforce.

- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.

- Follows up on sales inquiries and proposals, helping move prospects through the sales pipeline and ensuring timely responses.

The inside sales positions will primarily support the field sales representatives by answering customer questions and processing orders, with some direct customer contact in certain regions.
