Salary/Hourly Rate:
$65k – $70k + Bonus
Position Overview:
This Inside Sales Representative role is integral to their Sales Team, ensuring the success of their Field Sales Team by qualifying B2B leads generated from various sources such as organic inbound, databases, trade shows, and personal scouting. As the first point of contact for B2B clients, the Inside Sales Representative offers guidance on the company’s products and services. They are skilled in using digital communication tools and stay current with trends in fitness and wellness, aiming to build long-term, positive relationships with clients while supporting their health goals and contributing to business growth. In this role, the Inside Sales Representative will focus on selling solutions (products and services), offering a premium customer experience, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position handles inquiries from both new and existing customers, follows up on new leads, and develops strong, lasting relationships with the client base.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Lead outbound projects to drive the growth of solution packages (digital services, warranties, etc.).
- Qualify B2B leads from various sources such as inbound organic leads, databases, trade shows, and personal scouting.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Engage in lead generation activities to expand the customer base.
- Handle inbound inquiries, deliver a unique sales experience, understand customer needs, and recommend the best solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage outbound interactions to build long-term relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Support omnichannel strategies by creating opportunities and scheduling visits to physical locations or Field Sales Teams.
- Maintain and update CRM Database with accurate client information.
- Gather market feedback and share it with relevant teams.
- Oversee the process from order to delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services when applicable.
Qualifications for the Inside Sales Representative:
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Sales-driven, consultative, and a strong communicator with a caring and team-oriented mindset.
- Calm and composed, with the ability to handle rejection.
- Strong phone sales techniques, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and customer care environments.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to address concerns and resolve issues.
- Focused on building long-term customer relationships.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experience delivering high-quality service focused on client expectations and sales is a plus. Familiarity with CRM management is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
