What You'll Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Connections for Business, you will work from our office and call small to mid-sized businesses in South Florida and learn how well IT works at other companies. Your mission? To generate appointments and new business by leveraging your hunter mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Leads: Our Marketing team supplies you with leads, loaded into our HubSpot CRM. Your task is to connect with these potential clients and make impactful first impressions.
Drive Conversations: You'll reach out to business owners, sparking discussions about improving their IT processes and performance. Your goal is to learn their challenges and highlight the value of our premium IT services.
Book Appointments: With your persuasive skills, you’ll schedule meetings between interested prospects and our CEO.
Maintain CRM Excellence: Keep HubSpot CRM up to date with accurate contact and company records, ensuring a streamlined sales process.

What Would Get Us Interested:
- Minimum of 2 years involvement in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Ability and willingness to cold call to create interest in our services.
- Experience in sales Hunting preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business and convert a lead into a qualified prospect.
- Time management, organization, and customer service skills are essential.
Base Pay: $51,000 plus a monthly bonus for qualified appointments generated and a commission payout on new business generated. On-target earnings of $70,000 - $85,000.
