INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
We are looking for an outgoing and results-driven sales representative to take our company to the next level. The ideal candidate must have experience in selling services and maintaining client relationships.
As an Inside Sales Representative at SafewayTax, it is important to be knowledgeable about our services. This will help you effectively identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales. You will be responsible for contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs and offer solutions.
To effectively sell our services, you will emphasize the features that highlight how they solve the client's problem. You should be able to answer customers' questions about our services, providing them with the information they need to make an informed decision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Inside Sales Representative at SafewayTax, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is a key part of your role. This involves providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential new sales opportunities.

- Expand our customer base: you will need to identify prospects, set appointments, and effectively make qualifying sales calls. It will be important to manage the sales cycle efficiently to close new business in all service categories.
- Be an expert in our products and services: you will possess in-depth knowledge and be able to conduct product demos and handle objections from potential customers.
- Effectively communicate with clients and executives: you will need to prepare concise proposals and other required documentation.
- Achieve sales goals: this will involve assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential clients.
- Ensure sales targets are met, and company standards are upheld: Coordinating with other sales representatives is essential. Collaborating with your team will help align efforts, share strategies, and meet quotas.
- Effectively manage client relationships: By identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with your colleagues, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of SafewayTax.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

SALARY: $17.50 hr base pay + commission.
