About the Job
Role Overview:The Inside Sales Representative will manage smaller sales orders from existing customers, assist with inside sales activities, and collaborate closely with the Director of Customer Solutions to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include leveraging HubSpot (CRM), coordinating customer packages, and ensuring efficient shipping with the Operations team.
This role is onsite in our Henderson Office.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Management
- Manage and process smaller sales orders from existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, and shipment statuses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support customers with credit term establishment and assist with e-commerce orders.
Provide customers with necessary resources such as catalogs, manuals, and software.
HubSpot (CRM) Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order pipelines in HubSpot.
- Create and manage sales quotes, proposals, and orders within the CRM system.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to support customer service and operational efficiency.
Shipping and Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with the Operations team to prepare and ship customer packages accurately and on time.
- Ensure shipping documentation is completed and aligned with customer expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels for customer orders and coordinate replenishment when needed.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding shipping timelines and resolve any logistical issues.
Collaboration and Support
- Work under the guidance of the Director of Customer Solutions to align customer service efforts with company objectives.
- Partner with marketing, product development, and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Update and maintain collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com) to ensure clear communication across teams.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service or account management, is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is required.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM management and reporting (HubSpot experience preferred).
