Inside Sales Representative at PrideStaff

We're partnering with our client in Hayward, CA , who is currently searching for 
a high-energy, Inside  Sales Representative ! If you are a self-starter and innovative problem solver who takes the initiative to uncover opportunities, this may be an excellent opportunity for you! 

Primary Functions Include:

• Take care of distributor, wholesaler, and retail customers
• Handle prospective client inquiries over the phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Create proposals, quotes, review contracts
• Contact clients and seek new opportunities to reach the monthly sales target
• Create your sales target and expand the sales.
• Participate in company research, marketing, and sampling of the company’s products.
• This position requires domestic travel for sales and shows.
• Visit current and potential customers to provide support and information and sell the Company’s products.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure the collection of payments promptly.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport
• Respond to and communicate with all customers promptly.
• Coordinate urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.
• Educate customers on how the products or services can benefit them
• Input and update orders within the Company database accordingly

Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years Sales experience in the food industry required
• Knowledge of MS Office - intermediated knowledge 
• Class C Driving license required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Per Year
